To the end of July, the employed people of CNNZ software and information service outsourcing industry reached 38,000; the newly added trainees came to 3724, up by 159.87% over the same period of last year; the operating revenue amounted to RMB 14.307 billion, up by 41.66%; the contract amount of off-shore service outsourcing came to USD 27.9476 million, up by 41.66%; the contractual utilized amount came to USD 17.0404 million, up by 41.66%; the growth rate of indicators keep at 40%, maintaining a momentum of rapid growth. According to the contract registered in service outsourcing & software export information management system of Ministry of Commerce, the business types of CNNZ information and software service outsourcing industry mainly focus on ITO and BPO, which account for 90% of the total, while KPO accounts for less. Among this, ITO mainly focuses on software technology service and information system application service.
