Chongqing New North Zone is a beneficiary of all the policies promulgated by the state government concerning the west region development. It also benefits from the preferential policies formulated by the central government regarding economy and technology development zones, high and new technology industry development zones and export product processing zones. The Zone has been given special preference by the municipal government in tax, finance, land use, housing, industrial power supply and discount interest on exports. It is a hundred-percent beneficiary of all preferential policies.
